Profile Data: including, but not limited to, information you provide such as your name, username, email address and password.

Data provided through customer support: If you contact customer support, we will collect information about you related to your account and to the requests you are making or the services being provided.
To ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.
To create your account, identify and authenticate your access to the services and provide you with the services you have requested.

To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud and abuse.
To measure and understand how our services are used.
We share your Personal Data with our service providers. These are companies who provide services on our behalf, such as hosting our services, marketing, advertising, analytics, support ticketing, security and other such similar services. These companies are subject to contractual requirements that govern the security and confidentiality of your information. For example, we use analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, to help us understand the operation and performance of our services.
We may disclose Personal Data or other information we collect about you to law enforcement if required in response to a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, a similar government order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to protect our property or rights, or those of third-parties or the public at large.

We restrict access to Personal Data to sugarCoded employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
In order to protect your Personal Data, we will only retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to perform our contractual obligations, provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve legal rights, or enforce our agreements. You may request that your account be deleted by contacting us directly using the email address under Developer contact found here. We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts. We may deem an account inactive based on various criteria, including, but not limited to, the account creation date and the last time there was a valid log-in. If we plan to delete your account, we will provide advance notice by sending a message to the email address registered to your account.
If you are under the age of 18, you are not allowed to have an account. We do not knowingly collect or store any Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If parents believe that we have unintentionally collected their child’s Personal Data, we ask that they immediately request the deletion of the account containing the child’s Personal Data from within the application or by contacting us directly using the email address under Developer contact found here.
This Privacy Statement is continually revised to conform with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. As such, we may change this Privacy Statement from time to time as needed.
